Since they changed the skip for alts to get the cloak to Hashim the red text skip for campaign is gone. You can no longer hit the skip and go to the quartermasters on your alts they are not there in K’aresh. No in keeper no nothing its like you have to do the campaign again.
Unfortunately, this also means you cannot do the Tazavesh dungeons at all because there is no entrance to them until you’ve done the campaign or skipped it.

Boooooo. I was planning to get the rest of my alts their cloaks yesterday, but decided to do some more delves and have fun on my main four instead, and put off the cloaks until today. Hopefully this gets fixed soon!
Just adding that I am experiencing this on this character. Existing level 80 alt, did the first 3 parts of the campaign last week, including all the additional requirements listed in the help article. Today, logged in on my main who I hadn’t done it on yet and was able to get to Tazavesh and get the cloak, but the red “skip campaign” text is not appearing at Om`en. It wants me to go through and redo all the campaign.
Would be great if this would get fixed so we can do the new campaign parts and so forth.

Having the same issue on two different toons, factions and servers. Did UI reset and restarted (usual suggestions) and no addons just to be sure, no success.

This has happened to me on two toons for me where I do not have the skip, my sister was trying to bring an alt to LFR and it wasn’t available for her and is now stuck doing the rest of the quest. Even a friend checked on their end for one of their alts to see if they could get in. This is quite frustrating and obviously wide spread.
I hope they fix it.
Before today I have successfully used the skip quest for the cloak 4 times. I hit level 3 on my cloak and decided to hop on a new alt. The skip quest is no longer available to me on two different character’s I tried.
Same thing happening to me, no skip available on any of my toons despite the fact that I used the skip on 5 different characters last week. When they fix this, they ought to put more skips everywhere, because I accidentally overshot it today anyway with autoturnin.
Just a +1 that this is bugged, worked fine yesterday for one alt, but no longer available today.
As of Tuesday’s morning maintenance you must complete up to Chapter 4 for your alts to be offered the skip. I’ve verified this on several alts over the past hour.

I went straight to the cloak guy and got my cloak on Patch Day with an alt, but nothing else. Now there’s no option to skip the campaign. Please fix this. I’m not doing the whole campaign again…

You have to finish the follow up campaign that opened up this week to enable the skip campaign again on alts.

I found a solution for myself. I somehow managed to finish entire campaign story, killed dimensius with an lfg group by getting summoned into last encounter, finished the eco-dome dungeon and everything else in campaign without ever finishing the phase diving intro quest. Finished purple triangle meta quest called “A skip through the void” and instantly unlocked the campaign skip on all my alts from om’en at the entrance of k’aresh. Might not be what everyone else is running into thinking its a bug but its what fixed it for me.

Hopefully this helps some people, because it worked for me.
All you need to do is fly your alt to the NPC that gives the cloak. He will give you the cloak along with a blue fiber.
Agree that you’re able to do that, but nothing else is working. You can’t see the renown vendor, no flight-paths, can’t phase either. Tazavesh is hostile which means you gotta do the intro quests; which puts us back in the original issue.
Yup just got the cloak on an alt and there’s still no skip for the beginning of the campaign whatsoever
Stupid. Especially with no communication. If I could skip last week, I should still be able to use the same skip this week. That also means characters that did the skip last week are stuck doing the rest of the campaign now, but if I wait two weeks I’ll be able to skip the whole thing, right? What a thoughtless implementation.

None of my alts can see the quartermaster, either. I have finished the campaign on my main. Yes, alts can just fly to cloak npc and get a cloak, but nothing else works.
Yep, first day or so of the opening, I could skip on my 2 alts. weeks later tried another alt and couldn’t skip. Needs to be fixed. Got the cloak but can’t use the portals or anything.
