Picked up the frost artifact weapon on mage at level 100 to start leveling, now i am FORCED to fly to KARAZHAN myself after reading on an official source saying “the plan was that these portals would appear on quests”
That is not the case
i lost every bit of legion immersion once i saw it was bugged.

You told us these portals would be available as we quested. This is not a trivial placement of a random portal, this is essential to progressing a questline for a major lore and game piece.
