Attempted to do the Dark Rider boss, got him to 50% first try, he hopped off of his horse and despawned. We attempted to reset the instance, die inside the instance (attempting to reset the encounter) and disbanded party and zoned in, resetting the instance every time, the Dark Rider never respawned and the encounter never reset. He stayed despawned the entire time.
