Karazhan Attunement. Causing Panic attacks?

Hello I was doing the Kara Attunement. Due to sensory overload and inability to find where the quests are. The person had a panic attack. Is the Kara Attunement causing panic attacks for anyone else?

Personally I thinks he was being dramatic. But I could be wrong.

No offense, but if quests in an MMO are causing you to have massive panic attacks, you most likely shouldn’t be playing RPGs lol
