Will they remove Kara attunement requirement for Phase 2? Just hit 70 on an alt and if the attunement gets dropped in 2 weeks I would rather just spend time doing something else.
No and should do attunemnt even if it gets removed as those instances give rep and drop items you want on a new toon anyways.
Attainments don’t get moved till black temple is out when Kara the eye and ssc attunments go away.

Kara attunement can mostly be done while leveling so you’re getting quest and dungeon exp. The only part you have to do at 70 is the Alcatraz and subsequent BM dungeon when you get flying. I guess it was more involved at the start of the expansion when you likely also needed to complete mechenar and botanica to even get the Arc key, but now that shouldn’t even be an issue.
Druids can even be fully attuned at 68. As someone else said, those aren’t wasted runs since you will need the rep and gear anyway.

Guys…I’ve done the Kara attunement several times lol. I know it’s pretty painless—was just wondering about P2 requirement lmao.
Dont you love the replies you get? “OMG its so easy” - these people are ridiculous. To address your actual question, there’s been no communication from blizzard saying attunement will be removed, safe to say it’ll still be there.

A lot of comments seem to think that OP said that attunement was hard, and trying to roast him. He literally just asked if the attunement would still be there or not.
He never said it was too hard, and should be removed or anything like that.

The difficulty, if any, lies in getting groups for it, particularly for smaller servers.
Not saying they need to remove it sooner, but if anyone is struggling to do it it’s getting a group…more specifically a tank.

Blizzard should have never let them get to that point in the first place, but they just want your transfer money 
Not this phase.
In addition, I don’t think Kara attune gets fully removed in TBC- I think they change it so that just one member of your group needs the key, but someone DOES need it.
I could be wrong though.

Posters were trying to tell me how easy the attunement is and I should just go ahead and do it like I’ve never done the attunement before or something.
I just wanted to know if it would still be there come P2.

Googling shows attunements were removed with 2.4. The Sunwell Raid.
I would assume that may be when.
Also, note stating:
