Well i guess SoD isn’t for me…just tried kara for the first time it was absolutely miserable from the torch not working to people moving just a bit and now i can’t target mobs they have on them but they can’t be in melle cause 1 shot to being told by a guildie to basically learn 2 play when I’ve played wow classic since 2004…what was a fun night turned into depression
L2p bro ok
Thanks for being an example of why sod is dead
I think it’s fun.
You think its fun to have mobs just appear out of thin air for people to move 3 feet from the tank and just disappear? Not to mention how buggy the light source is and the dungeon is
Did you really think this post would get a lot of support on these forums? Lmao absolutely embarrassing.
So… If I’m healing the range stack in the edge of darkness and melee stays with the tank, I can see everyone almost 90% of the entire instance then.
The mechanic itself I think works for making the aesthetics of the place more appealing and spooky. I don’t know if you’ve ever been in the Crypts previously when it’s completely illuminated but it’s big and barren, I was surprised it ended up even looking so awesome for what they were working with.
you’re right, guess it isn’t for you, see you later
It’s really not that bad, i have 2.5s cast on shadowbolt and sure it sucks having it cancelled but it’s a unique experience, this just sounds like a serious case of skill issue.
What are you even talking about, this is one of the greatest dungeon mechanics ever seen in a dungeon in a long time. The dungeon’s got some bugs, but overall the best dungeon in the game by far.
An absolute homerun by the dev team.
Well last night i kept having issues id grab the torch start running and it would just disapper or i had a reasonable viewing area in torch room as soon as soon as i would go down the ramp my viewing area would about the size of arcane explosion or thunderclap to winning a item on opera not having room in my bags than being unable to loot the helm to mobs literally disapperaring and reappering as if it were phasing
I’m trying to understand your issue but the way it’s described now has me confused what’s happening on your end.
Karazhan Crypts is literally the best dungeon ever made for this game ever. Which is insane for a game that has a 20 year history of development.
I’ve run it IIRC 32 times now and it’s still good. It’s just the best, straight up. Now, I will say that I wish it had a mount drop, the fact that Dark Rider doesn’t drop his mount is a bit of a miss, but with Naxx HM4 dropping the 4H mounts, I can see how they might have thought otherwise about introducing yet another spooky horse mount.
It’s ok lil bro. I’ve cleared KC a bunch and think it’s a terrible dungeon. It’s just half copied retail stuff that’s glitchy and boring. These people saying it’s the best thing ever don’t do mythic dungeons. I wanted M+ in sod, I got bootleg dark flame cleft instead.
we had this mechanic in multiple dungeons in Retail.
Cap AF. You can look me up on RIO if you like. I love Karazhan Crypts and I also have pushed high M+ keys.
I will say, as an enjoyer of Return to Karazhan and its timed run before patch powercreep made it trivial, I do kind of wish that Karazhan Crypts had something like that tied to a mount. That said, I’ve done unofficial speed-runs of Karazhan Crypts and had a blast with it. It’s just good, its just really good. I dunno what to say.
Do you really think OP could handle mythic+?
People only play to the minimum level the game requires. That’s why classic players are so bad. Add M+ and the general population will improve
Yeah, right. Just like how KC is moderately more difficult than the average classic dungeon, and OP is here crying for easier content.
