Then let’s assume that the writers have to make sense out of the night elves getting undead customization, why the hell do they make them join the Horde in the first place? For me it only makes sense that the Undead Night Elves remain in the Horde permanently.

No idea. Why did they have Sira join the Horde, only to betray them, too, to go with Sylvanas?
Why would they have Maiev kill Highborne and Worgen and try to kill Malfurion, and then come rejoin them and work side by side with them with no one bringing up that she’s a criminal?
What “only makes sense” to you is not often what Blizzard delivers.

Well we’ll see I guess, but I dont believe in it given that Blizzard delivers disappointment after disappointment even after the Night Elves have been completely destroyed and then later ignored. I’m waiting for 1 positive thing to happen before I change my view, and since they can’t even be bothered to include them in the book that’s supposed to conclude BfA, then it’s even more obvious that they are pretending that the war of thorns never happened and ignoring everything related to that. Kinda off topic but you get me…

You will see that it’s not live when the Alliance has Darkshore. I checked the EU forums and it’s not live and on wowhead people commented the same thing.

She’s right though. I’m Alliance and I don’t remember seeing anything about it being up. The starter quest is usually in Boralus and there’s nothing there that I can see.

I dunno ask blizzard the only people who got the quest at least from what I saw are people in the EU who did heroic.

No, it makes sense for both I’m afraid. Having so little understanding of how these decisions are made must leave you perpetually surprised by the story, I kind of envy that.

Any allied races planned for later in the Shadowlands?
Allied races should feel thematically appropriate. A lot of the races encountered at the end of Legion and BFA fit, as people we discovered become embroiled in the wars we’re fighting and both sides are looking for reinforcements, but Shadowlands doesn’t really have that feeling at the start. It’s something they’ll look at and see how players react to certain races, but nothing is planned for the launch of Shadowlands.
To be fair, these statements aren’t quite equivalent. The former says there will be none. The latter indicates none planned. Especially given the qualifications of ‘for the launch’ and ‘have that feeling at the start.’

Given Vulpera and the Goblins, two races that might fit for these two are the Saberon for the Worgen and the Botani for the Forsaken. Though, like the Void Elves and the Nightborne, this does not necessarily mean the Saberon would be for the Alliance and the Botani would be for the Horde. Though they definitely could be as well.
Wouldn’t Botani be better suited to the Alliance? I mean the Forsaken are death it would be weird to pair them with unchecked life. Especially since they’d be in direct competition for corpses, one for resurrection the other for mulching and possession.
