Kaivax is a Community Manager and he he/she has done an excellent job at communicating with this community and being an overall active member.

There was a recent Reddit thread about the Tauren mob in the 1k Needles elevator flagging Ally toons even if you don’t attack him, and Kaivax instantly replied saying that a hotfix went out recently to fix it.

I know many people have their criticisms for Blizzard, but I genuinely appreciate the work the moderators and community manager puts in to make this a better place.
