Cannot complete the scenario, after “jump” off the ledge, I get DC’d and sent back to my Hearthstone Inn. When I go try to turn in the quest, anduin is not by the water. Ive tried walking around, he never appears.
Ive tried and completed the scenario 5 times. Tried watching the whole cutscene, tried disabling addons, tried joining/leaving party, tried scan and repair, tried everything I can think of and still DC after jumping and get ported to Inn.
Ive completed this on 2 other characters, no problem. But my 3rd alt cant get past the cutscene.

Im also having this issue. Ive dropped the quest 3x and redone it with no luck. Put in a ticket 5 hours ago.
Update, i went and did quests for the druid in the same area and then reset the quest and was able to finish.
same area meaning azh kajet? or the same quests? this is my last alt to finish the campaign. but i have 2 lvl 80s that could do some stuff in the area
I think I’ve found a potential solution. When you disconnect and get sent back to your hearth you don’t hit the trigger to spawn Anduin and Alleria.
Running back and hitting the specific spot you’re placed after the cutscene to trip the trigger ended up working for me.

I’m not sure on the dimensions of the trigger. I made sure to go underwater a little ways just to be safe on that spot.

Holy! this worked, had to go to that exact spot and swim down just a touch. then alleria and anduin fell in the water and walked to the spot.
