25 raiders up and took him to his final stage transition. But, instead of moving to his final phase, he was stuck in the middle of the transition remaining un-targetable and not attacking us. He would just follow us around for like 8min while tried to see if he would unbug somehow. We had to call it for the night without the kill thanks to that

Yeah he is still a buggy encounter-last night on one of our attempts during a phase transition he couldn’t be targeted but would just pyro the raid one by one.
With your bug it could had been worth trying inviting an alt/other member, have everyone alt+f4 (since I dont think you could log out) and once everyone timed out have that person reset instances-small chance it would actually reset the encounter for you.
