why are lower toons able to pick up the childrens week quests but unable to finish as have to be 80 to enter undermine!!

Don’t think they honestly thought those ones through all the way, any orphan that needs or desires to see max level areas for any reason need to require the hero to be max level and able to go to said zones. To not have it that way is stupid and a waste of time

Which orphans have quests in Undermine?
if you pick up the quest in dornagal the chain leads you through to Ringing deeps, hallowfall and the nerubian place which ultimately has you going to undermine. Sooo… how are lower levels less than 70 doing these? I think its fair (and you can actually just get the mini pets at the vendors anyway… there were three new ones)

You can level while doing the quest. Very possible for you to hit 80, still have the quest, and can complete it.
I don’t know if it would work or not, but maybe you can ask a Warlock and a couple of friends to summon you in Undermine.
That’s interesting. I guess I missed that one this year. I had no idea that they put a new orphan in Dornagal.
There’s four new orphans in Dornogal. A kobald, Arathi, Nerubian and Goblin. The quest line is pretty good

Do you get pets? Like the Dalaran orphans?
I think there’s two new pets, a hyena pup, and a robot . There’s also play sword and shield transmogs.
You can get the new stuff doing the older quests tho.

There’s 3 new pets and 2 transmog items (one for each faction) from the Khaz Algar orphans.
The entire Khaz Algar orphan questline is bugged and takes too long to complete. It’s easier to do the older questlines and grab the currency item as the reward and then use thatto buy the new Khaz Algar rewards.
As for not being able to get to Undermine sub level 80, you’re supposed to be able to talk to the drill attendant in the Ringing Deeps and there’s an option for having never been.

There are three new pets, I got two of them on characters between 70 and 80. It lets you board the drill from the ringing deeps to the undermine after showing the drill to the orphan.
I had to resummon my orphans a lot to get them to realize they were in the right place. It is definitely possible on 70+ characters
It’s often possible to get summoned to new zones on low levels. If you have a warlock friend, and a few other helpers, you can perhaps get there.
Now if the quest involves personally fighting mobs, then I guess it’s over.
Yes there are three new pets and two faction transmog sets that are new this year. They’ve also added a new currency token you can choose as the quest reward. The token can be turned in for any of the pets regardless of what orphan quests you did. So you can do the BfA quests which only take 10-15 mins to complete and still get the new pets as a reward.
