Stop telling me about MMR this is a joke. Going 5-1 and getting 7 while going 1-5 will 100% get you a solid -80.
Please tell me the whole backend isn’t written in LUA because there’s no excuse for not adding simple unit tests to validate this.

MMR is a joke
Just climbed from 1100 mmr to 2100 cr on alt. MMR is not the reason you can’t crack 1400.

healers are already hard to come by… do ya’ll think trashing a healer who is venting about rating gains/losses seemingly having no rhyme or reason is more or less likely to get healers psyched up to heal for you?
idk whats going on with your armory but dont think its accurate
You have a 46%winrate. What looks like happened is you lost a few rounds then fought a healer with lower personal mmr then your cr. You need to up your mmr by winning more. Armorys not accurate in tabulation. Check pvp shows wins and losses if you click on rating or the leaderboards

This happens to me weekly as I cap the vault.
I go 4-2/5-1 and get literally 0 or 5 rating.
Then I have 1 game going 2-4 and lose -85.

Devs forgot to remove math.Rand somewhere in their codepath and now all the confused 🫤 are trying to justify bugs.
These are bugs don’t be duped.
You can hover over your hpal win loss in game its not a bug its 46 %. Also you are not going 4-2 and then 5-1 in a row getting no points unless you tanked your mmr decently low. These bugs aren’t happening to other people your win loss explains it

This isn’t an isolated bug, this is widespread.
Someone forgot to remove the RNG from the rating calculator.

Your druids 53%winrate keep winning and youl climb. Its not a bug use reflex next time you can track your games and post them. But I already explained what happened. A bug is not why your stuck at 1400. Focus on your mistakes practice and you will climb
This is wrong, it shows any match where you didn’t go 0-6 as a “win” because you won at least one round.
However, a real win doesn’t count until 3-3 as demonstrated by the daily win reward and the fact that you need 3-3 or higher to get PvP boxes.

So I can agree with OP, I have healed upwards of 2100 RSS this ssn.
Let me tell you healing RSS the CR and MMR is bugged and not worth it, not to mention healing arenas is actually the worst possible thing I’ve ever done in this game at it’s current point in time.
My evoker I won a lot of the first few matches and have been in the 1900mmr bracket just stuck there.
My priest, through no fault of my own lost many first few matches, is stuck at 1100mmr and can barely break the 1300 bracket.
As a healer your outcome on the match unless the opposing healer is really bad, is almost entirely out of your control.
Best part is people in game and on forums always flaming the healer when we are all trying to tell you there’s a massive problem. No one’s listening and I know myself with pretty much everyone else has stopped queuing as heals once vault is capped.
I’ve actually stopped healing all together and only dps.
Until it’s fixed I refuse to heal.
