On the last boss, and poof, servers down.
Why is it so impossible to have the torghast dungeon progression saved, and return to it after restarts or disconnects?
Or for the love of all that is Holy, lessen the time sink required to get to the boss.

Well posted maintenance time, on opening face page and character page…they are put there to alert you of things…learn to read them.
Honestly, I actually expect as much from OP considering he ended his sub in December… Apparently.

Hey maybe they’re fixing the prideful bug they created when they made it see through invisibility in response to it getting cheesed in MDI!
This one was scheduled. I had that happen a couple of times a few weeks ago to DDOS attacks. The ability to save would have been nice.
BTW, I stopped soloing Torghast. I completed Layer 8 in less than 20 minutes yesterday in a group. After you solo Layer 8 once, you have nothing else to prove. Save yourself a headache.

Well, it isn’t the fault of Blizzard if people can’t be bothered to read. I’d say it is Blizzards fault for needing to do maintenance but things happen!
Some people don’t use the launcher.
People pointed out it’s on the Character Select Screen. I was just trying to help the OP out. I saw the message last night.

Same scenario for me… On floor 5.
I guess I can see the arguments that maybe I should have noticed it on the launcher, but sometimes you just don’t pay attention. Those of you who say you always, every single time you login, check closely for maintenance notifications on days not named Tuesday are lying.
But regardless of whether it’s my own “carelessness” or whether I have bad luck with a disconnect or life obligation, I think OP’s point of progress saving within Torghast is at least somewhat valid. Would be a nice feature.

Its literally in a huge black box on the left side of your screen. You dont see it? Thats pure laziness. And this is coming from a casual player.
