As I level up and want to get the best just looking around?
Considering leveling only takes a few hours it’s generally not worth gearing while doing so.

Having an item in each slot is your bis, rinse and repeat until lvl 80 and then copy wowhead’s suggested bis.
This post is 8 minutes old and he already turned from lvl 65 to lvl 70 in those 8 minutes

Bis don’t really exist in retail in the same way it did in classic.
The replies of “Just level up to 80” are getting pretty old.
You’ll level up very quickly, so what’s BIS for 65 might not be BIS for 66, and so on. It’s not really worth it to bother with BIS items unless you intend to turn exp off and stay at a particular level.
Even level 70 “bis” isn’t realistically obtainable anymore.
Just whatever gives you the highest ilvl.

Mostly because nobody is running mythic Amirdrassil anymore. Or if they are, it’s going to be a mog run, level 80s only.
I would just get to 68 and grab some starter greens for tww.
