Disclaimer: I am casul skum these days, and by no means a pro.

You all probably have some nice macros, and I just wanted to share this one because one line made it soooo much better.

This is just a mouseover intervene. Favors your MO, but will intervene a friendly target as well.

/cast [@mouseover,help,nodead] [help] [@targettarget,help,nodead] [] Intervene
/stopspelltarget [options]

The last line, /stopspelltarget [options], is what I wanted to share. We don’t have a lot of “buff target” spells as warriors, so a lot of you, like me, may be unaware of it, but this basically removes the “blue hand” part if you “miss” your mouse over target.

I’ve only been back on warrior for a few days and I was getting the blue hand of fail a lot, and I just figured out how to stop it, so i wanted to share.

As long as I’m posting, I’ll also share this one, because it can be a game changer.

This is just an @cursor for heroic leap.

Makes leaping much quicker, though it may feel weird if you’re used to aiming it with the green circle.

Here’s a pummel one I like. I do a lot of BGs for fun and focus target macros aren’t super important, but I do need to pummel those wizards, even if I am not on them. So if I spot a priest doing something I don’t like, I give him the ole Mouse Over Pummel.

Again, this favors your Mouse Over, but if you’re on someone and you have no harmful MO target (friendly won’t hurt it), it will try to pummel your target instead.

Last one for now, just your basic Mouse Over focus.

/focus [target=mouseover,exists][]

Feel free to share yours or critique mine. I will say I like to cancelaura bladestorm on a lot of mine, but you may not want to on yours, especially in PVE.

I’m not 100% on this but I thought you could still pummel while storming.

As to macros to share I use this on all of my warriors now:

#showtooltip [nocombat] Charge; [combat] Intervene
/cast [target=help,exists] Intervene; Charge

It’s a one button charge/intervene macro

Another handy one is

#showtooltip Pummel
/focus [@focus,noexists]
/cast [target=focus,harm,exists] Pummel; Pummel

This one Sets your focus if one isn’t set, and will pummel that target. if it can’t it just casts pummel

What is this “blue hand” the OP speaks of?

The “Blue Hand” is the highlighted cursor for your mouse if you don’t have a target for Intervene. It is the basic cue for select an ally to Intervene to…

Here is my Intervene macro (or one of 2 I use for M+):

The big parts are that it prioritizes your friendly mouseover target; if no mouseover, then it Intervenes to Party 1 so you don’t even have to mouseover or select someone.
