Hey all - I quit towards the end of classic was fully leveled/geared. Just returned, I’m bored and looking toward cata - my chars all came back but - I’m missing the riding skill. My fully leveled pally can’t summon his basic pally mount because he doesn’t even have apprentice riding … any idea on why this is ???

i have more than 10account in total across Eu & US and i’ve noticed that if your account is not active for “few years” when you’re back you find out that it is missing something, if item/achievement or w/e.
just contact the support and they will fix it, also it will be faster if you provide screenshot/video if u had any that proves you had what you’re asking for.
It is likely just because you never logged in between now and then; TBC granted riding skill depending on what mounts you had, but with the new collections in Wrath, I believe they disabled that (there was an issue causing new lvl 1 characters to start with epic riding on PTR). Make a ticket and they may fix it?
Like, you can open the mount collection tab but can’t use any of the mounts?
