SHadow lands will be a cloaked type of thing. They will make some changes and say a whole bunch of crap to get you to buy it.
The game had already been in development to long when they got hit with the reality bat of how trash can BFA was. The core game play will not change and it follows the BFA gameplay.
I think the next expansion that could potentially be good based off classic success will come after shadowlands.
