I was transferring badges from one character to another, and the badges never came through. I tried again and received an error message that the character was already transferring, or something. Then they simply vanished. I don’t see them in the transfer log on my end, but surely there is some proof on Blizzard’s end I had them?
It’s anyone’s best guess right now. Blizzard’s current stance is that they’re hands off until they implement a fix.
Submitting a bug report for another datapoint in their investigation is currently all you can do.
