All my mettle is gone from bank and I have an empty bag that was full and 20000 gold is missing from my bank character. You say this cant happen but it is ALL my mettle that I had in bank is GONE like 10000!
Do you happened to know if you’ve brought anything during the week? Gold and other such don’t up and disappear. Maybe check for any new gear, mounts, pets. etc.

That’s correct. Even if someone wanted to take your mettle, it’s soulbound. It can’t be taken/used/stolen/deleted/etc by anyone else.

Well Its ALL gone!
I guarantee it’s not gone. You just have something happening where you can’t see it. That’s what a Full UI Reset does.
Complete the steps and then log in with a fresh UI. It will be there.

From what I can see, Aajaay, you have 3000 Mettle in your Chronocloth Reagent Bag and 1484 in your Trade Skill Bank on this character. Can you not see that?
As for the 20000 gold, etc… it would help to know which character you are referring to. From what I can see no one else has logged into the account from any other location but the one you are currently at.

aajays bank HAD one empty bag now theres two more things in bank after reset and the 1492 in reagent bank showed up did a search before posted and had no mettle in bank now I have 1492 or what ever Im missing like 8 stacks. reset the ui and two things showed up in bank I was only running handy notes gathermate and tomtom

The only one logging into the account has been you, or someone else who is at your place. There have been no changes to the IP that has accessed your account, at all.

- Nekky mailed 30000 gold on 1/2 around 1:30 UTC to an inappropriately named level 52 Gnome Mage. (I’d really get that changed by submitting a self-report, swapping where the F is in the word doesn’t mean it is not inappropriate).
The Mage mails about 16,000 gold to your level 54 Gnome Death Knight, though that was in the last 2 hours or so if I am understanding my time zones right.

Nekky has over 9000 Mettle between their Chronocloth Reagent Bag and the Trade Skill Bank.

Aajaay has 4484 mettle between their Reagent Bag and the Trade Skill Bank. In a search back to the 15th of December, there has been no major movement of mettle. It looks like you’ve gained about 200 or so from that date.
I’ll try to go back further, but I don’t see anything that stands out thus far.
What is actually missing from the bag? Are you just referring to the Mettle or are their other items that are missing?
