Just how strong are the incarnates?

Vyranoth just freezes odyn with a wave of her hand. Meanwhile during legion while we had artifact weapons and were basically living gods, we could only scratch him.

How powerful are the incarnates exactly? Do they rival the aspects? I mean Razageth did beat Alexstrasza pretty easily

And a side question kind of off topic, where are the incarnates from? Where did these random elemental infused dragons come from? Was it the elements?

Another random question; Do you think the Incarnates miss having arms when they go into dragon form?

They’re exactly as strong or weak as the story requires at any given moment.

As strong and as weak as Blizzard needs them to be.

They’re not strong, they’re just full of elemental magic steroids, forgive them for their rage. Aspects, their childhood buddies got chosen by higher power to be superheroes, so incarnates drank lots of elemental magic to be kinda on par with the Aspects. But are the Incarnates strong naturally? Not really.

Well they were locked in a cage!

Tbf here, it’s because Odyn was distracted by the adventurer and Wrathion wailing on him and she essentially blindsided him. Plus we’ve nearly killed 4 keepers, killed 1 and killed things stronger than a keeper. They are powerful constructs but they aren’t on the level of a titan

Rule of cool. Everything that happens in a Blizzard cutscene happens the way it does because the writers thought it was cool.

Empowered by elemental energies, kind of like aspects are empowered by the titans.

You need to read a book to find out, of course. That part of the story isn’t in the game anywhere.

Ok thank you. I really felt like I was missing something in the game and skipped a questline or something

I wouldn’t think too hard about it as it’s a common trope with ice users. No matter the advantage, they’ll be frozen.

The Primal Incarnates are supposed to be equal to the Aspects. The Aspects were supposed to be specially appointed servants of the Titans so they should be more powerful than any of the Titan Keepers.

To defeat Malygos we needed the help of Drakes to finish him off when he finally decided to go all out.

Murozond was merely an Infinite Dragon uplifted from a Bronze Protodrake so him losing was inevitable.

Deathwing lost to Full-Powered Aspect Alexstrasza(showing exactly why she is the Dragon Queen) and only recovered because N’Zoth was actively reviving him requiring him to be unmade on a cellular level with the Dragon Soul infused with the Aspectral Powers of 4 Dragon Aspects and parts of Deathwing’s own Earth Aspectral Powers given to Thrall.

Denathrius is the first Aspect-Level(basically Titan shrunk to the size of a Titan Keeper-Level) opponent we faced without help(Raszageth being the second) and the help we received up to that point against other Aspect Level opponents(Artifacts helping us fight Aggramar in an Avatar, the Titans helping us fight Argus’s Soul and the Heart of Azeroth, Jaina, Lorthemar, Shandris and Thalyssra helping us fight Azshara) helped us slowly reach that level of power.

Fyrakk is Zovaal-level(Titan shrunk to the size of a Titan Keeper ++ Level) by the way. Full-Titan Level requires the Players to become the size of Planets to beat.

Raszageth was able to one-shot LOTS of players with her lightning breath.

I would believe the incarnates could do the same thing, minus the lightning.
