Wowhead has a “all conduit location guide” which id recommend. Conduits come from: Raids,Dungeons,PvP vendor(some),Maw, and World Quests. Pick your poison lol. I personally just run a m0/1 of whichever dungeon drops my conduit to get it over with. Or Lfr for raids. Lego you can see where it comes from in your dungeon journal-> powers. I think torghast became farmable in 9.1 so thats how you boost the leggo ilvl. Do you have any specific questions maybe?
