There is no portal at all for me to teleport to Argus.
Why do you have to go to Argus? You should be able to go straight to Kul Tiras/Zandalar. But there should be some NPCs on a ship in Bladefist Bay (Horde) or the Stormwind Harbor (Alliance) that should take you to the Exodar where there will be a teleport beacon.
To get my heritage armor.
another reason a person would wanna go to argus is vold elf/lightforged unlock.

Well check the ships I mentioned earlier, they should take you to the Exodar. Otherwise, I have no idea, my memory is a little wonky.
So the Exodar have the teleport beacon now not Dalaran.

I don’t remember it ever being in Dalaran
It use to be out front on Krasus Landing. That took you to the Vindicaar.
Ohh, yeah. I think you had to actually unlock Argus to get that, though. You have to go to the ship and head to the Exodar to board the Vindicaar for the first time.
it is a quest that pops up in Dalaran which puts you on it. You’ll be sent to the exonar and continu the story from there/
You have to do a few quests in the Broken Shore before “The Hand of Fate” will pop.

Got hand of fate now and access to the Vindcar…do I have to do all the quest on saving the Vindicar before Fareeya shows up?
Just so everyone knows, there’s a beacon in SW by the Embassy so you don’t have to go do the quest line to get out there!

you have to do the quest line to open up the broken shore, after that head back to dal and a quest giver should be waiting at the landing to do the argus intro
