I played a tank spec, but as of now I cannot see how classes like rogues or mages would be able to get this at this time if those individuals don’t have high level serviceable alts.
Will they be forced to wait till like 9.3 or something when they are megapowered?

Really though, I’ve said it before I’ll say it again: I think secret mounts should be available to all classes specs regardless of role, of whether they’re ranged or melee, of whether they have great gear or not. It’s sad how they implemented this one in my opinion. But congrats on the mount!
PS: With how scaling works right now I feel like some will have to wait till 10.1
This may have been discovered “too early”.
As in - maybe they expected this to be unlocked way later in the expansion when players would have the power to clear it regardless of armor type or spec.
Gives us something to be creative with til we get to that point I guess. I am def not giving up trying with a non tank spec yet! Don’t think plaguefall is being removed any time soon
It’s a secret mount added to the game not a peice of content intended to be cleared the moment its found, the patch its found in, or anything else like that. You will go back and clear it if you can’t clear it now. Just because the criteria can be met easier on another class doesn’t mean it isn’t available to everyone.

Probably alts. I don’t think this is ‘too’ out of the ordinary, sometimes classes with high self sustain can so certain content bits earlier.
I wouldn’t be surprised if even in the next 48 hours we see some amazing mage do just this challenge.
It’s not character bound, you’re allowed to have a tank character.
You need a well geared tank from what I’ve read about it. So just leveling a tank alt won’t be enough right now.
I personally don’t mind. I can wait.
You need to level and moderately gear the tank.
Again, creating another semi geared character because the devs chose to use bosses which require certain amounts of healing and ability to gather adds, is a luxury many players do not have.
Meaning, it is still not available to everyone.

You need to have a character that’s class has a spec that can kill it, if you don’t you then need to dump tons of time into leveling and gearing one that does.
Many people cannot do this due to time restraints.
So it is a fact it is unavailable to many people.
No it’s not, it’s an optional mount, not a piece of gear or a story advancement.
You don’t have/want a class/spec that can do it? Okay then you in particular do not get the mount.
Just the same as the people who don’t do Raids won’t get the Raid mount.

At the moment, everyone is waiting for 9.1. It’s not like there much to do.
P.s. I still think SL is bad expansion. But complaining about this is nonsense for me

This is irrelevant when speaking of its availability.
Many People don’t have a time to level and gear a specified class and spec that is required to obtain it.
This by default rules it’s availability out to them.
Raid mounts are unavailable to many bad players, because of a skill requirement.
These are all facts.
For many specs this is the only viable option, meaning currently it’s unavailable to that spec / class.
Got it on my bear. Just prowled through the entire instance and killed both bosses on Heroic with quite an ease.
But honestly, this mount is so ugly that I will never use it. It’s just a /flex for next few days.
It’s not though. It’s not character bound, you get it on one character and it’s available to all your characters.
Then they don’t get this optional mount for the time being.
It does not. They don’t want to put in the work then they don’t get it, they can get it in later patches/next expansion.
Which is different than what we’re discussing here. And if the only thing blocking is skill requirement you’re not really helping your arguments.
Will worry about it at some point to add to my collection, it’s a number. I don’t really like the esthetic of it.
Do it on a class that can, and then boom… your rogue and mage have it!
Correct, meaning if they cannot create that other character, and fully gear them due to the massive time investment the mount therefore becomes unavailable to them.
Which means it is unavailable to them; once again, it being option is irrelevant.
It’s a matter of it not being possible for people to put in the time investment for it. Meaning it defaults to requiring to wait, as you said, to a later patch.
This means it is unavailable to then until these future patches.
It’s not different in any way, both require time investment, and a specific skill set to accomplish, if you lack in either then it becomes unavailable to you.
It’s that simple.
