34 inch ultra wide screen monitor. WoW has never looked so big.
Dont blame you Im on a 34" LG Ultragear 21:9 Nano IPS 160hz Curved QHD Monitor myself. It really was game-changing going from a 27" to this
I absolutely it. Oh and BTW congrats and Enjoy!
You really should move this topic to the hardware section though
ui scale is your best friend
Definitely.
Personally anything over/under between 24-27 is overkill for a screen for this game.
An unfortunate âaccidentâ caused me to have to replace my 24 inch 1080p monitor.
can you see the fire on the ground now?
grats man, iâm still waiting on a good deal for a 1440/144 panel. missed my chance during black friday since I needed to buy a new tv.
also, still debating if I should bother with 144 at this point, or invest a bit more into a 240. expensive but probably worth it if iâm trying to future proof.
edit: I play games like rocket league and rainbow siege. not thinking of 240 for wow.
rocket league at 144 makes me play better than 60 cause I can follow the ball better. Go for more if you can. I dont know how much visible difference there is between 144 and 240 tho.
What do you consider a good deal? I recently picked up a 27â 1440/165 gsync monitor for $300. My other monitor (with the exact same stats) I bought about 4 years ago for almost 900.
to me anything over 200$ on a monitor is overkill.
I was hoping for a $220~ black friday deal on a viewsonic or sceptre. I found one for around that price, but we needed a replacement tv for the living room. Iâm going to wait for new year and see what my options are.
240hz would be nice but Iâm not looking to spend $400+
I play on a 65 inch Samsung TV that does 4k, supports hdr and vbr.
Having almost your entire field of view being the screen is so amazing. Esp with a God like pc that never gets below 90fps in a raid at 4k with rtx on high
Welcome to the family. I love my 34 UW.
Make sure you calibrate the colors accordingly. Donât just âplug and playâ.
Grats!!!
(thinks of a friend who plays on a 13 inch laptop and giggles)
No, it isnt. I was a 27 inch for many years and then upgraded to a 34" Ultra Wide and it was a complete game changer.
I just upgraded to a Skytech Chronos Mini
- CPU: Intel Core i7-9700KF 8-Core 3.6 GHz (Max Boost 4.9GHz)
- Case: Chronos Mini
- CPU Cooler: Hyper 212
- Motherboard: B365M
- RAM: 16GB DDR4 Gaming Memory 3000 MHz
- Graphics: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 6GB
- Primary Hard Drive: 1TB SSD
I use a Samsung 65" curved screen 4K TV for the monitor.
It is so awesome. Loads between zones are so much faster.
why only a 6gb
It is what it came with. It does the job nicely.
It is my 2nd Skytech PC. They do well and are reasonably priced.
I got my 2080 like 2 years ago its 8gb
