I’m not interested in having to reroll and relevel and regear toons. I’ve honestly had enough of my server and the toxicity that’s going on nonstop with nothing being done about it. Honestly just ready to quit because of how unenjoyable most people are on this server.

did you roll on a pvp server somehow expecting fair and honest duels ?
they really should put a disclaimer on pvp server character creation.

My guess is the OP rolled on a PvP server knowing the Alliance were going to be the dominate faction. Turns out even if Alliance have more numbers the Horde just PvP more.

ya. a pop up warning would be preferable . like something about how you consent to pvp even if its unfair and are auto flagged in contested zones.

Where you want to transfer to and why? Everything is a bit more quiet now on everything except 3 servers. So you want to move to one of those 3 and then endure massive wait queues to get in? You’ll likely be back on here complaining about that next.
If you don’t reeeaaaaally like pvp, or don’t have a ton of time to play, then pvp servers are a bad idea. I like battlegrounds, but i don’t like being attacked in the open world when I’m trying to complete a few quests in the ~2 hours I have to play each day. So pve is for me.

You could reroll right now have 1 character level 25 with a full gear set of prebis and a couple bis items within a week and have an alt or 2 at 25
It takes no time to get to 25 and plenty of BFD groups to get geared

Transfers should be available even though these are seasonal servers. It’s probably just a switch they need to flip to allow them, not sure why they don’t want transfers on SOD.
The worst feeling in an MMO is playing on a server and having it die or not be what you want, and having no way to transfer your progress to a non-bad realm.
As long as they don’t allow transfers to break the faction balance locks they’re trying to enforce I don’t see the problem.
I have four friends who recently (a week ago) rerolled pvp → pve. They enjoyed 1-25 on pvp - but the thought of STV and all the 30-40 levelling being in contested zones - isn’t appealing to them. Most of them have one 25 already and are making alts. It helped that they had friends on the pve server they rolled on who could help with a bit of gear, some gold, crafting stuff for them and dungeon runs.
Transfers in og classic are what lead one toxic megaserver to become multiple toxic megaservers, as people transferred off, and spread their toxic behaviour.
If you want to come to a new server, reroll, and naturalize yourself with the server community. If you bring your whole character over, youll bring all the entitlement and attitude along with them.
Starting fresh on a new server is a humbling experience that i think you need to endure to become a member of that new community
