I didn’t find this a problem running my lightforged draeni as a shadow priest. Guess the devs overlooked something. I’m sure its the first time.
They can’t give the Alliance high elves. Because they said they weren’t going to do that. Listening to players isn’t exactly Blizzard big claim to fame these days.
Of course they listen to the players. Just because people want something doesn’t mean we should get it or it’s good for the game.
I suspect containment. Not even kidding. It’s likely why Goldshire is still a thing and just not touched, too.
