Even after the collapse of the first Alliance, many High Elves still chose to live in Dalaran, Stormwind and Theramore, they didn’t want to return to Silvermoon after Arthas pillaged it. So the ones still residing in Stormwind and Theramore were pretty much Alliance, Dalaran however was neutral so the High Elves there remained neutral.
DKs go through a different process don’t they? So decay is delayed.
Yeah but blizzard has stated that those HElves are an extreme minority, which is one of the core arguments against using them as an allied race.

Which isn’t a good argument since void elves exists.
Don’t get me wrong sharing models on 2 factions is a bad thing imo, so i am against high elves being playable.

Yeah I know they are a minority but they still exist. The Void Elves are also a extreme minority according to lore yet here they are as a playable race. Arguably there are more high elves than void elves in existence today.
I want high elves that have their own model. That’s what I’ll keep hoping for.

Actually now that I think about it blood DKs have a talent called Veteran of the Third War. Assuming that’s got any lore basis at all it could be like 10, 12 years.
Also there are actually a few DKs who are so rotten that they are now skeletons. I think it has something to do with feeding the Eternal Hunger, but I’m not sure.
The reason why people want High Elves is because they want to RP as Aragorn, Gimli and Legolas.

I think most would depend on the condition they were in before they were raised as a DK. Like forsaken death knights would be at least as rotted as they were when they were raised again.
I would be okay with half elves depending on some factors. Having a few different ear and eyebrow lengths to choose from would be cool.
Of those characters, only Legolas is an elf. People can already rp as Aragorn and Gimli.

i wouldnt mind if they gave half elf customization to humans. kalec looks great imo and half elves at least arent playable

Welp. My taste is from a man’s point of view. I mean i like the jojo designs from part 1 to 3 more than 4 onwards.

You’d be surprised, because of the extra models available there are actually a few NPC dks who were risen as fresh humans but continued to rot and were given forsaken and skeleton models to represent that.
I don’t enjoy Kalec’s in game model, some of the art I have seen of him is awesome though.
I’d rather have half elves or high elves as their own race though, not an addition to humans or void elves.
My death knight knowledge is pretty limited. That’s pretty interesting though, I’ll have to read up on it.
