Just give me a lil' more for Void Elves, please

Lol. I know, the horror of this request…

Here is what I want for blood elves and void elves down the line in terms of customization.

Blood Elves: Red eyes, and pale forsaken skin. With more customizations being added why not give the player base the dark ranger look they want so bad? Runic tattoos like the box art on blood elves, and less jewelry! Farstrider Ranger tattoos would be great as well.

Void Elves: natural hair colors (I personally want them to inherit the Kul’tiran hair colors, as they are cooler colors and less belf looking), because I don’t want my natural skinned void elf to look like they are living their best emo/scene kid life 24/7. More void stuff as well for people that desire to look like a void monster. Void themed tattoos that have a similar effect to the heritage armor wings. Void facial tattoos. Void gemmed jewelry. An ability to toggle void tentacles off the hair and turn them into normal hair strands.

You are already getting enough shared physical traits with BEs. They don’t want you to be a clone of them, they just want you to look enough like them that your heritage is clear.

TBH, I think they should probably look elsewhere for hairstyles. Take some from the Kul Tirans or the Dark Irons maybe. I guess they could get the ones already shared with humans, though. I know there’s a tentacle version of the foxtail, but it’s a bit too heavily modified to count as the same style, IMO. OFC they could also just whip up more tentacle versions of the non-tentacle hairstyles, and implement something akin to the Night Elf leaves toggle. Maybe let you change up the edge effect color. In place of the tentacles blood elves could get ribbons or streaks?

These Voids Elves will be asking Blizzard to share Silvermoon City .

I don’t like the Blood Elves, but i don’t want Blood Elves to share anything with Alliance .

Can we have the black haircolor that multiple of our NPCs have, that the Velf mockup in the new Skintone thread has, and that is in the game files but is missing in character customization and instead is replaced by the same color twice.

Seriously. One of our hairs (black) was accidentally not added into our options and instead we got two of the same exact hair color. I’d love this to be fixed in the beta next week.

I’d also love a white color like Alleria has in Void Form and a silver-blonde color like she has out of it.

Belves can keep their hair and colors. Give us a mixture of some Human, Kul Tiran, and Nelf hairs, and some colors from them.

Be patient. I am sure allied race will get more love, i dont know if for the other expac or in between parches. But they will get some cool stuff as well

I also want things for nightbornes, and kultiran females

Thalassian elf druids is a ridiculous request. The two couldn’t be more thematically opposed.

Short ears yes, and indeed I expect them to add this-- as do I expect them to add short ear options for Nightborne.

Actually the light blue hair does make them look very like High Elves, as a lot of the old NPCs had blue hair. It also fits nicely into the ‘Blue for High Elf; Red for Blood Elf’ obvious distinction. It’d be nice to get a couple of shades of blonde and brown though, aye. Also perhaps a few more styles that aren’t tentacled.

I think what we’re getting is satisfactory and that the other allied races would be lucky to get as much love as we will.

We finally get a good male elf model and people hate on it. :frowning:

Void elves have enough.

Those class options and customization belong to the high gnomes.

We don’t need void elves, they are icky horde.

That’s a pretty good point.

Horde is family, Blood elves earned their place time and again. Also the Forsaken, while having done some horrible things are still part of that family. Hm. A good reminder.

Well what about the High Elf wayfarers and other NPCs that join the Void Elves in Telogrus rift, post transformation.

Also, I haven’t read all of the replies since I woke up, because there are a LOT.

But if it’s too much for a Void Elf to get normal hair, then they should just take the Blue Eyes away from the Blood Elves.

Like, people forget that these things are coming on both sides, and that Lore wise they’ve already said that Void/Blood/High Elves are all the same people and welcomed by Lor’themar (well the Void is too much to be near the sunwell, but he still calls them his people).

So you all can stop with this crusade against High Elf options, it’s not like people are gonna stop playing the Horde because of it, which is what you all act like, I mean for crying out loud the race is already pretty much on the Alliance side now both in the lore and for players to use, smh.

EDIT: People are all up in arms as well thinking I wanted Blood Elf hairstyles, but honestly I just want the dark brown hair color that some of the races (like Blood Elves) are getting, I don’t think it’s asking for too much to get a couple dark blondes or browns, maybe even an auburn, but I could be wrong.

I wonder how one would explain they getting this.

Blood elves are getting nothing from this as the blue eye option isn’t something faction specific and is being introduced as a new option for both races. Blood elf mains that recognize the races strong connection to the horde identity are getting screwed and Void elf mains that actually like and are identifying with their race are being sidelined when it comes to new options in favor of copy/paste from Blood elves to satisfy a niche crowd that believes that new eye color = new race. People would like for the race they choose to identify with to have unique options that express that identity.

Except whenever Blood Elves want to show even the tiniest shred of unique racial identity, we get lambasted by either: a) whiney horde; b) Blood Elves were ours first; c) High Elves are meant to be on the Alliance; d) have you seen the High-Elf Wayfinders; e) etc…

And people wonder why belf players are getting annoyed
