Just go alliance, every 30 minutes or so you will be rewarded with a war supply crate. No need to worry about horde because alliance has better racial traits and you will have a full raid of allies behind your back!

Just zug zug in the wpvp area, its a massive free for all so you’re bound to get something
You get 60 conquest per supply crate. Our cap is at what 4800 right now? That’s 80 supply crates. That’s about 40 hours of in game time to cap using just the crates.
The fastest way would simply to do 2v2 arenas. Even if you suck, you will eventually get so low rated that you’ll start winning about 50% of your games and you will cap conquest much faster.
