after completing " Just Don’t Ask Me to Spell It " achievement on one of my characters the other character’s with that associated completed questlines for it all got completely wiped blank. The NPCs outside The Temporal Conflux dungeon started phasing out again as never done the " Big Time Adventurer " questline … Secondly the quest " The Sullied Banner " also disappeared from my quest log and can’t be picked up again …
