1 researchers event/week is 5+ dungeons worth of drake crests
should have been doing dem dere chores boy you could have saved a lot of time
across 25+ characters like I have, that is hundreds of hours saved

I’ve not gone back to ZC unless it’s to use crests. I don’t know what a niffen is, and at this point I’m too afraid to ask.

what are the ways to get Niffen rep?
I only know the weekly quest and the researchers event. I get those done on Tuesday and that’s it for the week.

blizzard has the same backdoor built into your iphone that the NSA has, they have all your private home conversations saved in a database somewhere
the weekly maintenance is them feeding those recordings to an AI quantum computer so it can create a personalized terminator robot to assassinate you on judgement day

Niffen rep was not all that hard to come by tbf
Its certainly front loaded so you get the bulk of it upfront each week.
But at the start of each week its super easy to get like 3000 rep. And then there are lots of ways to grind out smaller amounts throughout the week
Edit: i just checked my achievements to see when i maxed out my renown.
And niffen took me 6 weeks.
The achievement for doing the original 4 renowns took me 7 weeks.
So my achievements say i took slightly less time with the niffen than other dragonflight renowns

im not doing it for the gear, just mainly trying to gain some rep since I have all the other DF reps maxed.
Additionally, the Smelly title should be account-wide.

Yeah. Its the only rep I know that gives you 500 bonus rep just for doing the weekly rep quest. It was very easy to finish compared to the other DF reps.
Do the campaign and get like six 2500 rep tokens?
Do Researchers on Tuesday and get a free 750-1000 rep?
Idk. Feels like you have to try to not get rep with that faction.

You could use crests at the old upgrader in that mainly pvp oriented room between the profession trainers AND I’m pretty sure at the upgrader npc in Mortuq Village in Forbidden Reach too!

Ugh. It’s the one rep where I managed to slingshot past my main with alts due to the rep bonuses you can earn with the faction.
That the first of my characters through maxed it after alts who started the process weeks later must have made sense to someone at Blizzard, but it doesn’t make sense to me.

7 chapters of Neltharion gets a really fast start with 5 2500 rep tokens.
On Tuesday I log in after work, join a researchers under fire group, collect 1000 rep, and then I either use an existing token (most toons are 20+ already and get tokens every week), or 2-3 niffenseeking with my buddy.
Done. And I won’t come back this week.
Chores suck. Not doing Blizzard chores. I’ll do old content that has been accelerated, for the mounts and stuff.

Not even?
Didn’t take that long. I maxed renown in maybe a month or so.
I got to 18 renown and never went back to ZC (unless I’m flying to Aberrus).
I don’t feel I’m missing out.
im not talking about that, though.
im talking about loamm niffen quests that give 0 rep
im talking about a significantly reduced amount of rep given for doing LM WQs
0 rep for killing the world boss
stuff like that. cool, we get some 1 time rep and half a level weekly, but for those that want to go the extra mile and do the extra activities, the rep awarded for the effort put in is just sad.
