Just call it Dungeon 2.0 already, everyone is doing Delves with groups of five

There are MMO’s that have little or no group play at all. So what you think isn’t reality. MMO is just massive multi player online game

massively multiplayer online game : any online video game in which a player interacts with a large number of other players.’

Chat channels is the interaction in most MMOs.

So just to recap, everyone was soloing dungeons at 71 and now everyone is 5-manning Delves. Great job, Blizzard!

OP, never use a for all statement. Only one counter example is needed to prove you wrong.

claiming “everyone is doing delves with groups of five” is a for all statement. For every player doing delves, they are doing it in a party of five.

You’re a meanie face op! Delves have the ability to be anything else dungeons cannot be. They aren’t bound by the same rules which is cool.

Also, grouping should always be superior as you have more tools to work through it. There’s no way really good dps and healers will ever compare to Brann while you Tank for them.

Which mmorpg focuses on primarily on solo gameplay?

It’s a choice to not do group content in an MMORPG. That’s why I’m not sure why people pay $15/mo to play this game solo.

Delves can be solod, a lot of the playerbase simply doesn’t have the skill hence these forums topics popping up

ain’t no way i’m doing delves in anything bigger than a group of 2 at this point, the damage scaling’s just redonkulous

it’s a simple fix without changing anything with the classes. just make different damage modifiers for attack and defense of classes as a passive for a class when they do delve’s solo. you give certain classes a 10% bonus to defense or attack for example. That would allow for that class to get through the delve without having to be 590-600 ilvl while other classes can just spam AOE, use pets as tanks, or stay at range at 570 ilvl to complete the same delve at the same tier.

We were talking about MMO’s not necessarily MMORPG

This is an mmorpg. Comparing it to non-mmorpg’s would be ridiculous.

Call of Duty fits within your own definition of an mmo. Comparing this game to Call of Duty is dumb.

Tomorrow everyone will be in mythics. Reward. The delves will just be a check box.

No they’re not.

I am sure there are MMORPG’s out there without group play as well. RPG doesn’t make an MMO into required group play.

Far too many of you people want to claim MMO means group play and it doesn’t and never did. Many people played classic without doing any group play.

so whats the issue? just do them solo.

There are no successful mmorpg’s that focus primarily on solo gameplay.

Then all they did was quest and roleplay. If questing makes you happy then go do that.

questing was the major portion of classic - professions and PvP were easily done solo as well.

It’s funny that the list of games you googled mentions WoW, since WoW is already on that list you can stop pushing the solo player agenda since WoW already has it all. lol

I just used classic as an example which you argued against and now you think you are pulling a gotcha … seriously dude you are just a troll. You can talk to yourself next time, on to ignore for you.

It’s great when the first line of the post is so obviously wrong. They’ve been advertised as 1-5 from day 1.

Literally nobody cares who you add to your ignore list.
