Looks good. Go for H115i instead. Adviseable to get better cooler for hot and power hungry CPUs.
RAM speed is slow. Get at least DDR4-3200.
Yea already built this, limited supply here in Alberta. Was lucky I got my 3080 this year :C
Swap out your ram for 3200MHz clock speed. The newer processors make better use of faster memory clock speeds.

Since you are going with intel get this ram. Intel is all about RAM speed. While AMD is about CL aka CAS timings. They don’t really matter on intel. Its 4000mhz for the price of 3600mhz. Intel drinks up RAM speed like water in the desert.

Also look into the Also 10850k instead. Its 399$ on Amazon. 10 cores and better single core performance for a little more. Totally worth it! Its a cheaper i9 10900k
