Wouldn’t call it a failure just a minor annoyance to get us to do world content, problem is that the world content is just not very good. Doesn’t help that blizzard stepped in to destroy the addon for group finder with world quests which is a pretty big mistake in my opinion. I would welcome the return of permanent rep buffs from pandaria and bonus rep activities like killing certain rare mobs that drop rep tokens.
