I’ve noticed that both the Coldflame Chestguard and Coldflame Boots are currently missing their visual assets in-game, appearing invisible or not rendering correctly on characters.
Additionally, the Arcano-Stone Greathelm does not display Dracthyr horns, unlike the similar green shop version of the helm, which integrates the horns properly. This creates a visual inconsistency, especially for players using Dracthyr characters.
Could the art team look into these discrepancies?

I don’t have the Clodflame Chestguard or Boots in my Trading Post purchase…
I hope this is a bug and no working as intended… 
Considering the boots and chestpiece are listed as actual appearances (though not visible), it’s probably safe to say that it’s a bug.
Hope this gets fixed within the week or so, the Coldflame set was the one I wanted out of the 2.
I purchased both sets but neither showed up in my transmogs. 1100 Currency down the drain. Hope they fix this.
They are there, It’s the 5th armor set listed from top.
coldflame gear bugged for me as well, says not visible in dracthyr form, I have 10 toons NO dracthyr !

I got a server error while it was processing my purchase of the Coldflame mount. Eventually after relogging and checking many times, it took my coins for the mount but I got no mount, its still in shop
There is still a visual bug with ALL OF the vigilante’s masks on Earthen race males. They are literally on upside down in the visual. Been like that since the vigilante masks were first introduced.

I’m having this problem too. The chest piece and the boots don’t show on my character when I transmog them, and in the transmog window it says “This appearance isn’t visible in Dracthyr form”, but I am a blood elf and I am not under any effects that would make me look like a dracthyr. They don’t appear in my Warbands set collections tab, either.
Same here as well. I’ve seen this across multiple toons of different races both inside the trading post and out. And like a few have said, I’m also seeing the “This appearance isn’t visible in Dracthyr form” as well and I don’t have a single Dracthyr character.

i suggest, not only Blizzard should fix this bug, but also give an extra 550 trader’s tender to everyone who bought the coldflame ensemble so they can buy the fiery version

They fixed the Coldflame set.
As for the helm on Dracthyr, it doesn’t show horns still. Maybe it’s working as intended?

Have you restarted the game/launcher? There was a small download when I logged in this morning.
