yeh, same here,… been trying for the last 30 mins to log in / look for help… looks like they are finally investigating the issue though

The same issue for ‘Pantagana-Frostmourne’
having the same issue right now cross a protal, loading screen never end, then relog and all my account are dissapeared
Trying to access my characters on Earthen Ring - US, and none of my characters are listed, even the ones on other servers, and when I tried to log onto the ER server, I got disconnected. I looked at my main’s character profile page and I’m getting an “Error 500” (profile could not be displayed). The rest of my characters’ profiles are fine, EXCEPT for the two I logged onto earlier today.
I also had problems when I first started up the Battle.Net desktop app - none of my friends were listed (they showed back up once I exited and restarted the app).
Update: idk what they did, but those 2 “Error 500” profiles are back up and running like normal, though none of my characters are accessible in-game.
Same I know they said there were login issues, guess this is just all part of it
Yeah, after an long log in screen, it shows that I have 0 characters on all servers.
Same here, after waiting 5 minutes, the characters appeared but got the error ‘Character not found’.
HELP… GAME IS DOWN @BLIZZARD … ALL REALM ALL ZONES ARE OFF…
you only can teleport to your garrison, and if you try to leave it… you bug in the air…
Same all my characters are missing…

dont panic is general, just report the issue and wait for support, i was scared my leggos were stolen
I’ve been trying for over half an hour with no success.
i also have that problem i got disconnected from the game then i get a 1 minute wait timer finally get the realms just to get my character screen and all my characters can not be found
it is fixed!
I found my server, and my characters are there. but when I logged in, all servers were blank!:(’
I am afraid to even try logging into my sever. I show no toons as well, I would poop myself if all my toons were gone.
That was my fear, fortunately they are there. But, I got DC’d when I tried to login.
Can you go to your profile? I get an error when i try to look at mine.
