Can’t seem to get credit for using the N.U.K.U.L.A.R Target Painter, is anyone else having this issue?

No mine worked fine.
I had to hop in and out of the TR-06 a couple of times before it would work, never mind I guess. LOL.

Just FYI. Target Painter isn’t in the TR-06. Its off to the side a little bit. A Clickable item.

Where is this quest? Who gives it?
It bounces me out of storm mode. I can’t get in!
Its on the floor nearby where you pick up the suits. It cannot be used while wearing the suit so use it first, target something big or group heading your way then put on the suit and go into the fray. One of the more fun quests, I have to say. And a great way to unwind if you’ve had a bad day.

you can solve the problem?, i can’t enter the storm too, :S
By any cahnce do you have any buffs related to Weather? If you have a buff that looks like a blizzard … right click it off and try again to enter the storm.
I have a kind of rain loop that I can’t get past and my game is dark rain clouds, the strange thing is that I don’t have any weird buff: I already reinstated the game and I continue with the same problem.
It took me a while to get credit. I couldn’t just use it, I had to sit there and wait the 15 second or however long it took for the bomb to land and then I got credit a few seconds after that.
For some reason, I got this quest on one toon, but it’s never showed up for any others, including the one who’s collecting the damned mount shards.
