Hey there, its been about a month since patch launch and Judgement of Justice is still bugged as a talent. It only slows one target even if talented into Blessed Champion. It used to affect all targets hit. The tooltip clearly indicates its suppost to work on multiple targets but it doesnt. It only works on Divine Resonance judgements. I am assuming this is a bug. Would love to see this fixed and/or commented on.
