You do realise that parsing is per spec right? As a hpally you aren’t compared to hpriests and rshams, you are compared to other hpallies.
If all hpallies all have the same disadvantage of competing for heals vs hpriests and rshams then they are all in a similar situation.

I don’t know, I’m getting mixed messages. Blizzard is always silent when it comes to critical bugs, hot topics, imbalance issues, promised implementations, and they seemingly regularly forget that their own playerbase even exists, yet when it comes time for my monthly subscription fee suddenly there’s reminders and communication with Blizzard out-reach galore, and the billing department magically never has bugs or delays in the slightest.
I just don’t know what to make of it!
