I mean it’s 1 hour maintenance, you guys know blizzards incompetence, this would take at least 4 hours and 2 more delays of 3 hours each to roll out.

Turning on the XP buff would be such an easy thing to do and would be a nice thing for players to enjoy, and yet…
Blizz is just collecting L’s at this point.

They want the XP buff with dungeon changes, which is a tiny bit of work, likely backporting from SOM.
