So, I’ve been playing with some guildies, and we’ve been talking about how slowly we’re leveling. We’ve run two instances and barely gained half a level with Two Heirlooms on, so we’re running 70% xp buffed with rested XP and the xp we’re getting per kill feels like its the same as per normal. Even the quest XP seems low… Anyone else experiencing thing? … Yes we have the buff on.
