That way we can go back to fighting cool things instead of Garrosh 3.0, 4.0 etc
I will be declining the invitation to Anduin's Horde, thank you.
Also, what makes you think Saurfang is immune to the curse of the Warchief's mantle?

I despise the constant looming threat of "all consuming / cosmos ending deity". It drives me insane. I prefer the faction war. I'd rather take your king out and mount his head on a pike.
It's fitting that you're posting this on an Alliance toon.
I'd rather collar him like the lapdog he is, and lock him in a pit with Genn to see who eats who when they get hungry enough.
I've lost so much respect for this character... I'm no Sylvanas fanboy but damn the way they made Saurfang like this, prisoner and relying on the enemies to end the war? A war veteran of the Horde, fought and survived many wars and this? They have stripped Saurfang the honorable death he deserved, now he is a dishonorable coward negotiating with the enemy instead of fighting and dying for the Horde, who gives a !@#$ about Sylvanas it us who should decide what to do with her not Alliance pigs.

Yessss. I started asking myself this when I saw the cinematic. He wants honor in his horde but why can't he stay and fight for it? Unlike you I am a Sylvanas fan but it just makes me like her more... If he's gonna take the cowards way out and try to die by the boy king's hands, why should he even be seen as a hero for the people who want honor in the horde? And then asks Anduin for help. Like... nope. I'm done.
*bounces away*

If you lost respect for the character because of this then perhaps you never understood the character to begin with.
I understand enough that he fought for the Horde all his life, through thick and thin, stood by them all that time.11/07/2018 12:57 AMPosted by LopitoazulIf you lost respect for the character because of this then perhaps you never understood the character to begin with.
Now this, a prisoner who hopes a human king to finish the job.
Maybe it is you who doesn't understand the character or at least what he used to be.
And now he is fighting against the Horde because Sylvanas has been twisting it, what should he have done? Turn his back in the middle of the battle and challenge Sylvanas to a mak'gora in the middle of the battle? (which she wouldnt accept of course) or stab her in the back? would that have been more honorable? Stand idle while sylvanas killed her own soldiers? the reality is that at that point the only thing both honorable and smart would have been to let the alliance do the fight on their own. Its honorable because sylvanas has the chance to defend herself, and while the mak gora would also be honorable, it would basically be a ned stark move, honorable but not a smart action.11/07/2018 01:01 AMPosted by CerastesI understand enough that he fought for the Horde all his life, through thick and thin, stood by them all that time.11/07/2018 12:57 AMPosted by LopitoazulIf you lost respect for the character because of this then perhaps you never understood the character to begin with.

It may seem out of character that saurfang doesnt go and kill sylvanas himself but as a character i find him both smart and honorable, and i think that this course of action is in line with those two traits. This way he gives her a chance to defend herself while not stacking all the odds in favor of her.
With that said i believe that Anduin is somewhat impervious to the old gods influence but that hes being manipulated through the notions of honor by the old gods, indirectly, through saurfang.
Now looking back i realize my comment was rude and i apologize for it, english is not my first language.
To stay with the Horde and settle it together we don't need to rely on Alliance pigs we will deal with Sylvanas the way Thrall and Garrosh did or far worse then we deal with Alliance pigs like you after....I understand enough that he fought for the Horde all his life, through thick and thin, stood by them all that time. And now he is fighting against the Horde because Sylvanas has been twisting it, what should he have done? No need to apologize it's to be expected from Alliance scum, that is why we will kill you all and deal with Sylvanas and Saurfang.
Well, then we'll have to resurrect Anduin Lothar and let him spank your green !@# a little while longer.
Saurfang is lore-wise 100 years old, and is the only veteran of every war, I doubt he survives this xpac.
they are making it seem like Rexxar / and or / saurfang die.
Rexxar killed a proudmoore.. seems fitting a produmoore kills rexxar or saurfang in the jaina xpac.

Here's the problem: I don't WANT to end the war. Conquering the alliance is our main goal. I don't want Saurfang because he's a conspirator. But I don't want to fight under a maniac either. Choosing between these 2 sub-factions is like selecting a short bus to ride.
Saurfang has not lost honor.... he wants the “true horde” back..... he has so much honor he saw where the new horde’s direction was going and decided that wasn’t the war he was fighting for! He NEVER abandoned the real horde, just lost hope that the real horde might have been lost forever. Truth is siding with the alliance to overthrow the lich queen is his only opportunity to have the true horde back..... like saying goes, “The enemy of my enemy is my friend”
I’m sure after Sylvanas is gone the war between factions will be just as it was.

The thing is we're not having good evil people on the alliance, i can however see an angle in which the night elves become sort of the "baddies" in their persuit for retribution, perhaps going as far as to eventually attack mulgore or some place like that which is fairly neutral since the tauren have always been friends with the night elves, but maybe they go full on war and end up commiting some attrocities in the way.

Pretty much this. Also, they may be destroying our leaders but hey, at least it's not Legion where we had Sylvanas and Liadrin (and barely) as really the only major Horde characters part of the damn story. Plus, I'd like to see Sylvanas keep antagonizing the Alliance, it's fun!

Its actually funny that the tauren and nelfs get along so well, because the tauren follow the orcs, and every encounter between orcs & nelfs is absolutely brutal.
