So. There I was happily grinding my way through each expac on my new JC toon when BOOM! Hit a massive wall for these 2 expacs.
It would appear that Blizz had a dalliance with making you do a daily quest for some random currency that you would then spend on the vendor who is your primary source of new JC designs? But the problem is that there’s only like 1 daily and when you do the math, you would need more than a YEAR worth of dailies to grind enough currency to buy all the designs? WTF is this???
All I wanted to do is do what I’ve done on my enchanter, blacksmith, alchemist and engineer. But for some reason JC got the worst time-gate in the game? What gives? Hopefully there’s like 500 other dailies someone can point me to so that this doesn’t take over a year to complete???
You can turn in damaged necklaces for northrend jc tokens
It’s not a bad grind, the dailies are fast for the most part and you don’t really need most of the recipes as they’re duplicates/identical with the removal of spirit and other secondaries
Cata doesn’t have a damaged necklace equivalent afaik
Yeah it sucks a lot. It wasn’t fun back then either though JC did have a necklace in wrath to help. Cooking and most other professions worked off that daily model in those two expansions and catching up today is just not fun at all.
Don’t get me started on the cata world boss patterns for professions because then I’ll end crying and drunk /s
I think you’re misunderstanding what I’m saying, I’ll try to explain it more clearly.
People praising something doesn’t mean that it is good OR bad only that people exist in the world that are stupid. We have racists and sexists who think their stance makes sense so people praising ANYTHING is meaningless because stupid people exist.
how reductive to lob buzzwords at people at the slightest hint of disagreement. State your pronouns, mental illnesses and start calling the other side various slurs and try to make everyone see how unreasonable someone else is.
