I don’t know if it’s a bug or not, but to get the golden muffin I need to defeat Jeremy in a pet battle. I defeated him more than 5 times and he never gave me the quest to give me the golden muffin. What should I do?

There are requirements for that pet battle that you haven’t mentioned, so we have no way to know whether you actually fulfilled the criteria of the step or not. It’s a lot more than just winning the pet battle.
If your team isn’t three level 25 pets from previous secrets, merely winning won’t be sufficient to advance.
That WowHead article has a list of appropriate pets, at least at the time the article was written.

Same as me bro, i use the 3 right pets, and do not get the quest with muffin

I’m having the same problem. I defeated jeremy with three secret pets (Baal, terky, and kickerpup), spirit buff was active, 9 pieces of hate in my inventory. I have no idea what I am missing
I had the same issue. I had my secrets pets (Terky, Jenafur, and Wickerpup) defeated Jeremy Feasel and no quest to pick up. It’s frustrating having to go through this all over again after winning.

I am having the same problem defeated Jeremy. It kicked me out of the spirit world and now I can not go back and try to defeat him in a pet battle again to try and accept the quest.
- Spyragos
- Wicker Pup
- Glimr
Used these three pets and won 5 times with no quest given

I used tripple wicker pup, killed him 10 times, no quest

I used Wicker pup, Teptaf, and Sun Darter Hatchling and nothing… Honestly it was stretch doing a pet battle for this honestly pretty mid looking, ground mount, especially with how frustrating and unfair it was. But that fact that the quest isn’t popping up after people have paid their dues and won the fight fair and square is such a load of crap.
Leave it to Blizz to Blizzard things up again…

Which were all level 25, right? Because that’s a requirement.
And on what Battle.net account? Because your current account Armory shows you have none of those pets.
Yup. All were 25 and rare, there’s absolutely no way that you could beat him unless your battle pets were at level 25. As for why my account armoury doesn’t show the battle pets, that’s because I said screw this noise, and put them up on the auction house.
I guess that might explain it.
Whereas there’s no good explanation for not being offered the quest, other than “Blizzard QA 
”

Same here, I used Spyragos, Taptaf and Wicker Pup all level 25 and no quest after beating him.
I had the same issue. After I won the pet battle there was nothing. However, I found that if I went back to the skull to get the buff for the spirit world and walked back to Jeremy Feasel the quest popped up. Hope that helps anyone still struggling to get the quest.

Just had this happen to me. Getting the buff again and walking back to jeremy didn’t get the quest to pop up. I think blizzard can shove this mount where the sun don’t shine

Has anyone tried fighting Jeremy at the Darkmoon Faire? I have a friend who said this worked for him, and they’ve added this option as a note in the WoWhead guide, BUT when I went to do the same, after beating him for the regular Faire daily, he didn’t offer me the quest. Left the Faire zone and came back, nothing. Logged off and back on, nothing. I did not have a secret pet in my third spot (I didn’t know I needed to until now) so that might be why? Or is Faire Jeremy also bugged now? Anyone know anything?
As far as I know, it has to be ghostly Jeremy Feasel on Timeless Isle, and it has to be 3 “secret” pets (level 25), non-negotiable.
The secrets things are indescribably picky and specific. There is no “close enough”.

I’ve also used these 3 mounts and it’s nothing but defeat, defeat defeat, even after following the YT vids religiously.

Then you just have to battle enough lower level pets to get 35x3 pet charms and buy 3 Ultimate Battle Stones. (Although, if you don’t have ‘blue’ pets, you’ll need the Flawless Battles Stones, at 15 pet charms each.
I used strategy 16, with a Taptaf as my 3rd.

Make sure to have the spirit buff on…do not loot chests or touch anything. If you win, wait a minute; it took about 3 minutes for my quest to complete, and the new one to come up…lagged bad in the cave!
