I’m not against on that’s well done/lore appropriate I’m all for it.
I’ve personally been against a third spec because I’m sure Blizzard will fumble it (and let’s face it, we have only two and those are ignored)
There’s two examples of Illidan using a massive ranged fel-blast, charged up over time, and fired from distance. Awesome scenes in the story. Clapped Kruul’s cheeks haha

An unsightly and inconvenient truth, but no less real. We can ignore the elephant in the room only so long. Major game studios are losing money hand over fist. The dragon’s age one just lost the CEO and I think is in shutdown, or at least stand-by
It’s actually comical. They basically did the worst set of actions possible. Piss off half the players, do a weird half measure that isn’t actually getting rid of the pet, then go back on it.
There’s no way they didn’t know there would be blowback, and to go back on it just means the next change they try to make will be met with even more outrage making it harder to try new things in the future. Either commit or don’t bother IMO.

It does look like floundering and being wildly out of touch, but that’s par for the course. Acknowledging/addressing and walking back a mistake is admirable though, no matter how foolish the mistake

Yknow, it frustrates me hearing Monk is one of the least played classes. Like what? Have none of you seen a single Jackie Chan film? Or even Avatar The Last Air Bender?

Havoc and brewmaster are basically in the same spot with regards to dev attention. Brm is doing a bit better than havoc though. Veng is also ignored

Shadow Priests have received an inordinate amount of dev attention, over time. It’s just that nobody’s ever happy with it because Shadow has been so many different things that the Shadow fan base is shattered into fragments on what Shadow should even be.

Clearly the solution is to buff blood dms
Even the brm wowhead guy acknowledged venge and blood are the worst tanks
He also claimed Brewmasters are the “default raid tank” which is just absurd.
Over 40% of Mythic raid tanks are Blood DK’s, with the rest split among the other 5 classes.

The last time we got attention beyond the obligatory Psychic Link nerf/buff/nerf/buff/nerf/buff cycle was the 10.1 rework and that was largely because the 10.0 spec wasn’t well liked at all.
It’s between Brewmaster getting basically zero attention for six years or Shadow getting the wrong kind of attention every 2 years.

Shadow was at least virtual unkillable in PvP at launch for a couple months
Brewmaster is in our boat though
And I agree mail is some of the worst looking armor in game
Makes no sense for hunters not to use leather too. Mail is noisy and leather is made out of naughty pets

Brewmaster probably but I see plenty of Windwalkers & Mistweavers running around. Monks all around need love, heritage race fighting style animations for each distinct race or glyphs where you can change your characters fighting style, I see they have weapon flails now, well I need some nunchuks and three section staff weapons too, you know? 
They should bring back and use the Brawlers guild to revamp/update the monk class imo
