Hello
I am a Japanese WoW player playing on NA server.
Sorry in poor English and very grateful for providing great game.
I am planning to hold a competition like Japanese MDI right now.
I want to hold a tournament using the tournament server

The skills of Japanese WoW players are not very high and there are not so many people, so Blizzard may have little commercial significance.
However, we have few but passionate WoW players, and recently the top players in FF14 have started playing in our guild.
I would like to take this opportunity to promote WoW’s amazing games and get more Japanese players interested.

I would be grateful if you could reply if the tournament realm can be used

That would be good if Japan was playing wow. I didn’t know there was much of an audience for wow in Japan. Good luck!

You probably want to get in contact with community managers for something like this.

Welcome to World of Warcraft. Compared to FF14, WoW focuses more on competitive activities and less on story and RPG things, so if they’re highly skilled players looking for more challenging MMORPG content I think they will enjoy their time in WoW.

Welcome Echidan! May I suggest that you also use Twitter to announce this, lot’s of gamers use it and you will probably get the word out quicker!

You fill out an application here for community tournaments, i’m pretty sure that’s the route you go for getting access to the tournament realm.

Fams like Blizzard is in a tough spot to impress, but if you can pull it off bringing some light to this desolated franchise. More power to ya!

As a sidenote, it always baffled me that Japan never got its own WoW region. WCIII had a Japanese version, why not WoW? Lumping it in with Oceanic or Pacific doesn’t make a lot of sense with the timezone differences and language barrier…
