It has a release date on the store of 12/31 as a placeholder. It is calculating the arrival date based on standard 3-7 day shipping and the New Years Holiday.

I didn’t get a digital code yet. As far as I remember it’s always been on a card.
Or it could be a placeholder date, since an exact date was never announced.
