I’m trying to kill Artruis the Heartless and save Jaloot to get the quest ‘Hand of the Oracles’.
Whenever he gets low and unfreezes Jaloot, I kill Artruis and Jaloot is saved, but he doesn’t not give a quest.
Any ideas?
Could the exclamation point just be translucentt because it’s a low level quest? It might be hard to see inside that cave, and that’s IF you have track low level quests turned on.

If you want Frenzyheart rep try killing Jaloot. For Oracles, Zepik.
If you are too far out of range of Artruis when they die sometimes it does not count.
Make sure you’ve not skipped any quests:

Zygor didn’t tell me about any prerequisite quests.
I don’t think you need the full zone’s worth of quests first but I’m not positive on that. The Frenzyheart/Oracle rep quests should start with killing Pitch -
That should send you to the next part of the chain -
and from there you’ll be about 25 quests away from being able to switch sides
