Why doesn’t she get one? All main characters should have multiple transformations. Usually anime characters with frost magic can reduce the surroundings to absolute zero degree.
Looking at who she was in Warcraft 3 compared to who she is now you’ll find that she has transformed. Granted I suppose that’s less like Goku becoming a Super Saiyan and more like Oldboy; only arguably less consistent or logical.
