She looks fine to me.

You should see the D.Va statue (not WoW, but it’s the only one I actually have). Her feet are disproportionately huge for some reason. Jaina’s squinting eyes are nothing to me in comparison

I don’t mind the squint but the solid black eyes makes it look like she should be on an episode of Supernatural.

They could stand to be bluer/glowy-er (they glow sometimes right?) but honestly the rest of the detailing on the statue looks really nice if I was a huge Jaina fan I could easily look past the eyes. They even creased the leather on her clothes, dang

Doesn’t she look Asian? not that there is anything wrong with it but I am quite surprised. Jaina Proudmoore as I know has got big puppy eyes.
Maybe she’s got some bad hangover? and her face is swollen? I might be wrong.

No. Her brow is creased and she’s squinting/narrowing her eyes. It’s just the expression they chose.

Being a Jaina fan I could not possibly have that insulting abomination in my house.

It looks like some cheap Asian doll-maker picked a male squinty-eyed head from stock, crudely added lipstick and eye-liner and stuck it on, hoping we wouldn’t look past the clothing to see the mismatched face.

She looks like a woman either in her 40s or close to it. I don’t even see anything particularly “non-feminine”, either, as the poster above me insists :stuck_out_tongue:
She’s almost giving me Angelina Jolie bone structure.

Tried my hand at fixing the Jaina statue.Mostly the eyes and a softening of the eyebrows.

She doesn’t wear lipstick. Could you please do something about that?

Personally, I would have chosen the pose and facial expression from the Battle of Lordaeron cinematic when Anduin orders her to blast the walls, and she has to turn the ship. The feeling of strain and her expression of grim determination would be a great statue.

this…I can’t argue on. I thought it was just TV. I have been to Korea a few times. they look that way in real life too.

One of the more popular areas I saw them pull up a Korean version of semi with a quick stage to just pull out basically. Was kind of cool to catch a quick K-pop show street style.

I would have preferred a female K-pop crew though I won’t lie. Still interesting to catch it all the same.

It’s getting there, now the chin needs a bit of tweaking.

The body of the stature looks fantastic. All the details to her clothing, the wave(s) around her feet. Everything looks amazing…until you get to her face.
Her face throws the whole thing off. Her eyes are too sharp, even squinting, they need to be a bit more round, as does her face.

She doesn’t look Asian to me at all, she just doesn’t look like Jaina.

If the statue was of some random caster, I’d say it’s fine(imo). However, it’s supposed to be Jaina, and with a $350 price tag attached to it, if she weren’t dressed in what she is, and her hair not like her signature hair, many wouldn’t know who she was.
Granted, this is just my opinion, others may love everything about it and think my summation is complete crazy talk. lol

Another Horde Favoritism I suspect. Whoever is responsible, that person plays Horde and wants to character-assassin the Core Alliance Lore Character, i.e. Jaina ProudMoore.

The statue has the look i,e, “What the hell did I just do to my face?”
